There was a rumor going around that supported employment would be reduced to to one hour a week, if a person had been employed for three years.  A support coordination called Art Brandt, from the Program Offce at APD and asked regarding this.  Here is an e-mail from her.
I  had to call Art Brandt with APD today and figured I would get his take on this.

He sat on the supported employment sub committee  that made the recommendations to the  House and Senate on supportive employment.

He said that the 1 hr a week after 3 yrs of supportive employment is inaccurate info.  But he said that changes in supportive employment will be made based on long term success in employment.

Both supportive employment and supportive living are being revamped but nothing is in stone yet.
